30-Day Defective Product Return Policy

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon normal intended use, you may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, you must notify us within 30 days and provide proof of purchase and reasonable documentation of the defect, such as photographs, if requested.

This policy applies only to manufacturing defects or products damaged upon arrival. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

At our discretion, verified defective items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. We reserve the right to inspect or require return of the item before issuing a remedy. If the defect is confirmed, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, cover return shipping for verified defective merchandise.
